Family owned and operated, Puerto Golf Club was first founded as a practice range in 2015, and now consists of three bermuda grass greens designed to be played over several holes. The setup plays tough, with small greens, tricky bunkers and many hazards. However, our goal is for you to enjoy the game. No dress code, but hats and good vibes encouraged. Don't forget to ask about our free kids workshop for juniors 8 to 16 years old!
We are constantly working on the course, and our goal is to add another three greens as well as a club house in the future.
Do you have a driving range? No. However, all green fees include a dozen warm up balls where you can get ready for your round. Wedges only, unless hitting into the net.
How much should a cab cost? It can vary, but to or from La Punta or Zicatela should be around 150 pesos. To or from Rinconada or Centro you expect to pay around 200. We always recommend confirming a price before taking a cab, and you can typically save some pesos by hailing a cab from the road as opposed to calling one to your location.
Is public transport available? You can take a "colectivo" or "pasajera" to the nearby PEMEX and walk around 15 mins to the course from there. There is also a "pasajera" to "Guallavillera" that passes about once every hour that'll take you to just 50 meters from the course.
Can i bring my pets? No. Chickens and other small animals live on the ranch and in the neighborhood.
